I am a long time holder for SHOM. Been holding for many years for good news. I don't like what I see. Hopefully I am wrong. But....Petrus Resources Corp, of which Miguel Dotres is an officer has no assets, liabilities, or equity, or sales, based on the findings I read online. When Sarvis said a whole new set of officers is coming in, he was right, only difference Is, all the new officers and even the BoD is the same guy - Dotres!!!!
Hopefully I am totally wrong, But it just does not look good at the moment.
