You seem more preoccupied with daily up and down movement, whereas, I'm more concerned with the long term. That's why I generally sleep in. I'm not in day trading mode. I view myself as an investor on this one and expect to hold it a few more years.
I don't like the stress of watching every tick while day trading. That's why I prefer just doing my own research and make my bet and sit. I fully expect swings along the way.
