Again, my primary concern is that the company many rescind.. but we shall see. Next is financing as they will not be waiting til the end of their rope to lock it in.
Otherwise, the MMs may not have accumulated enough - as volume has been low - so perhaps a shake is still possible. I'd like to get the heck off the 20MA area in general.

Chart was nice but the other thing to notice was the MMs.. they were making the ask look stronger than it is while making bid look weak, just below the 20MA.. they are being tricky so they can load some IMO -- that ship/game is about to sail/end.
