No disrespect Duffy, but this is a BS post. In order for someone to accumulate, they either have to have instruments already in place to exercise warrants and gain the shares, OR more likely in this scenario as there is no public available information on such warrants being exercised/available, folks are just selling into the bid and MMs/retail are providing the liquidity on the bid. If you honestly believe that one person/company is sitting the bid in order to get a large position, that would be silly. While I am sure retail is involved in this move, any company involved would quickly move the price versus this slow, but steady decay. Have seen this over and over again in OTC land. The speculation theories are so useless. If there was awareness or the Accum/Dist indicator was diving/climbing in a quick way, I would lead credence to your post, but none of this is there. Simply, this is retail deciding they are done with the company and exiting on the bid, leading to less and less market value for the company.
