You forgot about a couple other things were waiting on. SNMN is working to get filings out to become current so they can go to OTCQB market tier up from the pinks. And Troy is working to get social media websites up for the company. Also Metaphor Holdings will become a subsidiary of the company as well. They were going to do a name change/symbol change to Metaphor but Finra was taking way too long to approve things so he went back to SNM Global Holdings and started moving forward.
