No use arguing any of this on message boards. The only legitimate arguments are up to Delaware an and DC Courts to decide.

If you think the Plaintiffs will win buy FNMA, if you think Defendants will win don't buy or short. Our opinions are meaningless, kiss it up to the law and the Courts' decision. In the end, that is all that matters.
