Since speculation is encouraged here, maybe the potential F500 "partner" found a better solution in the dozen or so alternatives to HCTI's process?

Would be a shame, but it was contingent on development. Maybe they ran into a roadblock with using the HCTI chemistry, found a better solution, or are simply waiting til after the R/S to announce?
