I have already sent in my proxy, and I don't have enough shares to be considered large anyway, however, I'll be grateful if you do go. When I first voiced that I was not happy with some of the structure and players in the past business arrangements, or the legitimacy of our IR guru, etc., people shot me down and they were rude to Alan as well. Now we are further down the road, and other people feel the same uncertainty, perhaps with better reason than before, maybe I was premature. I urge anyone who does have the position to support Alan's offer. I am willing to chip in some to offset your out-of-pocket.
