Diamond - Reiza is just around for the guaranteed payday. THAT is why these dopes put up with JH cause HE is the link to J&J who will be the acquirer IMO.

It will be a lowball offer and hopefully challenged but a deal is done. I hope shareholders voice their concern about PPS at the AGM because the lower we stay - the lower the buyout price will be.
