they don't even have a route at this time. They still must go back to the DOT and be granted permission for that route and go through the similar procedure to receive the blessing of Russia. And again, a pipe dream. This route has remained dormant for years and years. No one wants it. Just a shill.

Its funny you should mention the loan guarantees...Both Igor and Barry agreed to post money. Hmmm, I don't see that happening for either of them. I'm not 100% certain but I think Andris also agreed to post money. That's a big hole to fill and a major part of the DOT financial fitness.
