It could pop with the right kind of news IMO. Seen crazier things down here in penny land. Volume is way low right now probably because of the nasty drop in PPS...it was .80 back in November, and that was only what 6 months ago? This thing fell off a cliff. Hopefully nobody had the misfortune of riding it down to where it is now. That would suck.

If the next PR is positive enough, we could see some healthy movement here.
