Lol- a t- trade IS dilution. It's technically not even a trade cause pennies CAN NOT TRADE AFTER HOURS. It's a "desk clear" marking a sell by an institutional market maker. NOT RETAIL.

Some holding shares at alpine which has cleared a paper cert is now slowly selling it into the market. These are shares that ARE NOT CURRENTLY IN THE MARKET hence dilution.

I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. There is an insider bleeding out stock whenever they can.
