Directors have sold once or twice a year as part of their compensation and they have done it when the PS was as low as .14 when they had to know the share price was undervalued.. Nothing to do with the state of the company, they have sold very small percentage of their holdings. She filed a 144 April first and this is part of that registration, most of which was sold between the 1st and 5th. This is not new news.
