LPPI - Oh my, I don't know any of the legal mumbo jumbo that attorneys use to postpone lawsuits. I just know that my dads brother buys settlements and sometimes it takes years before he gets any money, sometimes he doesn't get any money because there is no settlement. So I know how long these lawsuits can take, they can be postponed for years. Sometimes it really gets ugly and I think that will be the case here.
