Seriously, could he not have anticipated and planned for the possibility it wouldn't be a home run?

King did plan for a less than successful Phase III.

Yes he did and does have a Plan B.

The Plan B is very apparent in that there is NO LAYOFFS, NO DOWNSIZING, and NO EXPENSE REDUCTION activities.

Plan B includes a full analysis of Phase III.

That has not been completed and may still be 2 to 3 months down the road.

Our new partner will know those results before we know them.

King will not tell us squat until he is ready.

Suck it up folks.

The shareholder's opinions do not mean anything.

Good points...I think too many people assumed this was a slam dunk. I'm seeing the same thing play out in the Tpiv and the Arth boards. Key is to keep the investment manageable. To many people get swayed by posters bragging about their huge positions. Crowd theory plays big on these boards..........Better to be in a basket of things then to get slaughtered one.

Maybe I don't go back far enough or I am just missing something. What was Shock #3?

Phase II
Sunrise

Was it the liver or pancreatic results?

Garnick is likely history, but I'm not worried, if he's gone, it will be a good thing.
