First the proxy will be sent out to "vote" for the AS increase and RS. Use "" for "vote" because insiders control the "vote" with their preferred shares.

The proxy will probably be sent out next week. After the it is approved, the AS will be increased to 950mil and heavy dilution will begin. DP plans on selling up to $75mil worth of cd notes with potentially no restricted maturity dates. Over 32,000,000 shares held by warrants will also be available to convert.

Once the OS is near the AS at 950mil. Then you will see a 1:5 or 1:20 RS. Probably in 3-4 months...
