RXMD has been filing EVERY financial report on time, every time since I've been here since Dec 2014. They have the most transparent management team I've ever witnessed for any stock I've ever owned, even some of the big board stocks. And they have stated that they will start getting them audited.

Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act concerns exceptions to the normal filing requirements for registering a security with the SEC. The data provided to the SEC would be regarding why the security would be exempt from the 1934 act. Some examples would be mutual funds, some insurance company products, co-ops, etc.
