By who....the only thing I see is an 8-k on the SEC SITE dated May 25th 2016, stating GAS STATION PURCHASE IN FLA...not going to happen.

COMPANY is delinquent in reporting on the OTC PINK...is that what you are refering to by "BLACKLISTED".??
