Ralph and Denis are both the CEO and CFO. Just restricted shares issued to them for controlling the company. Not to mention this isn't a fully reporting company, so add one year from the date they were issued and then they can be sold, per SEC rule 144.

A/S is at 600 million. O/S is about the same so no new shares hitting the market. Company hires top PR firm and says another update is coming next week. This is a very exciting time to be in such a low float mj company right now.
