The company is not selling shares they are being converted by debt holders who get a discount to the market price. The listing of the o/s was incorrect and will likely have to be corrected with an amendment. There's nothing out of the ordinary going on here and sophisticated OTC traders are well aware of what's occurring and are taking advantage of the opportunity

Why don't you read whole filing? There's a list of every single share converted with amount, date, and debt holder.. which by the way it's very rare to see filings to be so detailed.. there's no secrets. All notes are listed with detailed terms as well.
Q2 covers only to the end of February so this is why you are going to see a small amount over there that has been converted since during March and April. We have been tracking OS from ungagged TA plus CEO confirmed that all notes except one of $18k are converted. We are waiting for official PR hopefully next week.
Company does not sell shares. These are all converted shares from notes.
It's OK to ask questions since you are clearly new to this but do yourself a favor and do a lot of reading about specific terms, and read filings a lot of them and you will get there..
Btw. Quarterly revenue of $800k is huge revenue for stock that has current market cap smaller than their quarterly revenue. .
I suggest you to open random filings of stocks that trade at similar pps with similar share structure and compare their revenue and overall balance sheet.. and hopefully you are going to understand that SVTE is undervalued.

SVTE is SEC reporting company so no, company just cannot go and sell securities behind your back because I'm afraid this is what you are suggesting by pointing out that $350k..
If company wants to sell shares, they have to do public offering and file S-1 form with details. I see that SVTE had multiple forms S-1 back in 2012 so if you have time, go ahead and dig through filings and you probably will find your $350k.. I opened just one random one that shows they sold about 1M shares for $0.10 and raised $100k..
