~ ARCS = FINRA takes around 30 or more days to approve the Name/Cusip change,, once that happens,, we should go over .01 no problem,,, more like .03++ = MM Shorts must all Cover,, because they can't hold on to Shorts when the Cusip # changes... They tried hard to drop the PPS today,, because they want to Cover it lower before the 30 days are up next week... ;-)
