Well I don't have a great deal of experience in this world...but It seemed that BION was short of cash for the last couple of years, but was able to use stock to work land and engineering transactions as well as incentives to attract key individuals. There also must be many community leaders from each of the cities where BION was working to build plants. If the new management in charge hopes benefit from the goodwill within these communities and pickup where prior company leaders left off ...Putting the screws to those old investors that more than not exercise some influence within these small communities...Would not be wise. The company must also rely on the expertise of the same engineering groups that is holding significant warrants or stock to deliver on intellectual properties only they hold. Just seems penny wise and pound foolish to trash all the good progress and relationships BION had. After all BION is basically theory at this point and very little Hard assets. Just Thinking and hoping.
