Well I don't have a great deal of experience in this world...but It seemed that BION was short of cash for the last couple of years, but was able to use stock to work land and engineering transactions as well as incentives to attract key individuals.
There also must be many community leaders from each of the cities where BION was working to build plants. If the new management in charge hopes benefit from the goodwill within these communities and pickup where prior company leaders left off ...Putting the screws to those old investors that more than not exercise some influence within these small communities...Would not be wise. The company must also rely on the expertise of the same engineering groups that is holding significant warrants or stock to deliver on intellectual properties only they hold.
Just seems penny wise and pound foolish to trash all the good progress and relationships BION had. After all BION is basically theory at this point and very little Hard assets. Just Thinking and hoping.

By comparing the two Q stock's Asset Value (AV) and Market Value (MV) BIONQ (447,997,709/1,000,000,000 shares OS/AS) is currently Hyper Over-Valued and Hyper Over-Bought v.s. the Q peer (346,222,370/500,000,000 shares OS/AS) is Hyper Under-Valued and Hyper Over-Sold now!

BIONQ only has $10,853,038 Asset Value v.s. the Q peer has $109,616,000 Giant Asset Value! So the Q peer's AV is over 10.1 Times of BIONQ's AV.

At the most recent high $0.0135 BIONQ has $6,047,969 Huge MV v.s. the Q peer has Measly $242,356 MV at its most recent high $0.0007! Even at its 52-week low $0.0005 BIONQ still has $223,999 MV v.s. the Q peer has Measly $69,244 MV at its 52-week low $0.0002! Today BIONQ at $4.48M MV now v.s. the Q peer at $0.069M MV! So BIONQ's current MV is 65 Times of the Q peer's current MV.

Ask youself: how could a stock with only 9.9% of another stock's AV but be traded at 65 Times higher MV than another stock?
