There was never an 8K filing on that "agreement", I believe it probably didnt happen. And there is no assurance they will get into the .002's anytime soon.

Well, one idea that crossed my mind is, being that they can only sell a dollar percentage of the week before, instead of a percentage of the number of shares sold, at this price they can move more shares at a time. Just my two cents.
