I believe the NTST price action is a result of low retail and high inst'l ownership. We rarely see a day over 100K, and that is probably all retail action responding to news or events. It is often speculated that NTST is or will be a buyout candidate, but what about taking it private? If they build up enough cash, what would keep them from repurchasing their open market shares? Wouldn't be good for us longs, but doesn't seem like it would be a stretch for them to make. Any speculation out there?
