This is the era of PXYN 2.0 and our new CEO is a visionary, a mover and a shaker. Lesser CEOs would have fretted over an unfiled 10K, thinking and believing that filing a 10K was one of the actual things that they could accomplish. Not Greg, he isn't consumed with the pedestrian and mundane, Greg knows the shareholders are in this for the long haul, they don't care about no stink'in 10K or no stink'in SEC.

Greg's got more on his mind! He got creditors to negotiate with, insurance companies to negotiate with, licenses to obtain, acquisitions to make, diversity to achieve, IR staff to hire, press released to write and conference call to plan.
