The tweet does suggest a RS in third quarter of 2016 and also suggests they are preparing for financials. My guess is Medican will be pumped with news very shortly to raise the PPS up substantially, perhaps to a few pennies and then RS later this year to get the share structure under control. Some of the recent filings show alternative medicine investors backing this. Medican now looks interesting again!
