1) Tell shareholders when he anticipates the 10K Annual report to be filed, then meet that date.
He cant because PXYN is broke!! Cant prepare 10K when you cant pay your accountant
2) Have a PR to announce the 1st quarter 10Q release date and conference call dates in MAY, and meet the filing date.... No extension!

Immaterial and unimportant compared to the financial meltdown they've experienced. States arent important when PXYN is unable to operate

LOL - yes they are. In fact, theyve agreed to forgive the millions and millions owed by PXYN and extend PXYN a $100M line of credit because they feel bad things turned out this way
