It's likely the convert owner with the shares that they have converted to this stage.

OTC stocks are hard to find data on unless you have high end trading platform. This is why I asked OP1 to provide screen shots of those after hour 'buys' or so they appear.

All I can see on the short side is this, and it doesn't appear sizable, but not sure how reliable the data is.
