No, he's talking about all the "supposed" real information outside the SEC filings that you'll see frequently here.
Things like paid PR's and puff pieces and such.
As for the SEC filings, with exception of any forward looking statements which have shown themselves to be doubtful at best they should be honest and accurate or at least what Vanis is offering the government as accurate.
