Disgusting how they can do that.

Bought more than 8% of all shares outstanding w/one final all in purchase back in 2013/14 as she fell off into the precipice ….

And then they go and create 100 Billion out of thin air, drowning out any and all opposition to what ever their future plans might be.

Our votes won't mean crap IMO, and obviously I'm going to vote anyways…

But somebody please help me to understand every detail of what this implies….

Obviously a R/S is up for vote….

But what's up with the 100 billion for 100 million?

Is that post-split or what?

Because otherwise, we'd be up for far less of a hair cut

And is that the best we can hope for at this point or what?

Going to head down to my local Scottrade on Monday to help me better understand what all of this means and what powers we have if any to weigh in on this special meeting....

Also, to see if they think there were any violations by Atrinsic who created all of these obsurd numbers of shares without allowing anyone to vote on it prior...

Once again, I owned more than 8% of all shares outstanding before they created 100 billion and drowned out any chance of opposition...
