Nice quarter from SCKT as expected. I don't think you're placing enough emphasis on the Nasdaq listing. This is huge! I've seen kinda junky stocks move to Nasdaq and get a big pop. So a company like SCKT...very profitable with strong growth in a hot sector...could see substantial upside on Nasdaq. We have that great Q1 comp sitting there. And they should be on Nasdaq by end of June. Only 2 months to wait for a $5+ stock price. Any dips should be bought imo.

We expect to remain profitable and to further increase our net capital balances during 2016. Socket Mobile today trades on the over the counter QB market level as a full reporting company. Our plans are to apply for return to a NASDAQ capital markets listing once we filed our first quarter Form 10-Q in May. Assuming a mid-May filing, we should have a confirmation from NASDAQ around the end of June.
