Agree, dividend PR and conflicting dividend information in the 10-Q is suspect, The CEO from what I heard had a line of communication open to shareholders, but it seems blatantly fraudulent to get people to buy into cleaning his debt up with a fake dividend.

Can't wait to hear the reasoning if there is any...
