The filing is for 2015. I've seen several filings on other stocks with this guys name involved the last few days. Most likely a funder cleaning up late paperwork trying to stay ahead of the tax man! Still stuck with a few shares of this turd but I'm dumping it at the end of this year for a write-off if it doesn't get some action.
