Well that's news to me and I agree with you.I would refer all to what Shapiro Intellect's attorney stated on the court record and what judge Oing stated regarding the license agreement between ILNS and Pfizer the trial in question as evidence which Pfizer settled for 1.2 million (Ponezumab).

Judge Oing imo said that's so much chit on the court record if one understands ---- ----. To me he was saying that's horse chit imo.

IMO the license covers any disease using the compound and from my understanding way before I fall out of grace the license was still in place future more if said license was terminated it would have required ILNS to give said notice again IMHO.

Got to many emails to waste time on but if I recall correctly the CEO stated it was covered under said license if not I sure wasted a lot of time/research!
