...The other chunk of shares held in cert form is by a financing company that the old management had done some kind of financing deal with to where the SEC won't even let that financing company deposit those shares because that financing company got in trouble with the SEC. The SEC banned that financing company. So that's another group of shares that will never hit the market...


Sterling, I do not know how it is you find this kind of stuff out, but if true, that is yuuuuge.

I will assume that those "dirty shares" beholden to the "financing company" will be retired by Blue Diamond Ventures at some point in the future?
