Isn't it obvious they don't want the share price TO go up?

Do you think if Grammercy or Baiyin WANTED this share price to go up that they'd tolerate this poor timing on most all PRs?

On the contrary, I am led to believe this is the perfect timing for the accumulators and the big dudes.

Also, Banro hung around the bottom for multiple years. I think this spring is still mostly coiled.
