He is being sarcastic. We would hope, based on speculation that the share price would increase in due time when and if the merger is announced. But, I personally would want the share price to drop, so that I can add. I wholeheartedly believe in this merger and I know most of my posts there is the "if" and the only reason I place the term "if" in the post because there is always that doubt. More importantly, it's merely my opinion and I don't want to entice anyone to buy this. Most of my posts is literally me, talking to myself.
