I have some put protection, but just as a hedge really. I will trade calls happily when the opportunities arise knowing that hedge is in place. Will provide me time to get behind a true shift downward

Well, el preezy has his home coming tomorrow, so I don't think the Saudis will drop ant bombs about increased production or dumping us treasuries while he's there, but the bi partisan ( rare) bill to release those 28 pages is gaining steam, including from HRC , so there's a good chance those 28 pages may find the light of day, and the bill opening the door for the victims to sue the Saudi Govt could pass, and the Saudis usually don't issue idle threats, so there's some fundamental entertainment perhaps, not as good as OJ or anything, but something to watch.
