Why would any institution load right now knowing that another acquisition through dilution might be around the corner? According to that logic, they might wait untill the price gets lower, look, if any institution was seriusly buying right now, MMs and everybody else would jump in it, if retail doesn't have access to Level 3, it doesn't mean MMs don't either. Unfortunately, except MMs trading between themselves 1-100 share blocks (MMs need to fulfill their direct responsibilities) and continued dilution at any opportunity, hardly anything of any substance is taking place right now. and Yes people are scared after what has taken place last time around during that record ER. It might be a while before credibility and confidence is restored. imo
