Siyata posted Q1 revs of C$2.7million and positive Ebidta of 23K. The merger with Signifi Mobile isn't done yet but they also increased sales by 70% to .8million and positive ebidta. Once merged, Siyata intends to use the Signifi mobile boosters in remote areas to boost cell reception. They currently use another brand.
Signifi has paid to use the Uniden brand name. This is significant because Uniden is a well known name in electronics. Signifi paid ~$3million for the rights to use the name and Siyata was able to buy the whole company for 1.8million. Siyata believes that the Uniden name would be a significant boost to sales but no application has been made to use that name on their current product line.
