There are about three filings in the past few months that have scooped up just shy of a Billion shares. I believe there are about 2.6B available. I was told Ken was going to reduce the authorized to be in line with the available and also retire some of the available as a billion shares or so were to go to MobiWeb however Ken wanted to cancel them as the MobiWeb deal never happened. So, I dont think the available shares is as high as some may lead us to believe. It might be about 1.7Billion, about a billion of them have been spoken for over the past few filings. That leaves the rest of us with 700-800 million shares
