When i read all this, i have to react cause when people attack me or post false information, that should not be the purpose.
Let me put straight that I lost 20K on this stock !!!
I met Brian when he was visiting a congress in Brussels.
At that time, i already had shares, cause i believed in the potential.
And since he was in my country, i arranged a meeting with him just to get some more information about his plans etc.
I wanted to buy a few cases of Koma for my own but at the end of the meeting the plan was that i would set up a small webshop for Koma Unwind here to make the product available for other European shareholders who wanted to try the product.
It was my idea to start this, not Brian's.
And at that time there were many people posting here from several countries in Europe, so i believed that they would be happy if i could make the product available here.
Never was my intention to set up a european partnership with Bebevco, and there has never been any connection with Bebevco ( or Brian ) and BergHOFF, the company who i worked for at that moment ! I really don't know where you get that connection from !
Since i have many business connections here in my country, i brought him and Ahmed Elafifi in contact with a Dutch lady who wanted to start the Benelux Distribution for Koma Unwind and when that should be a fact, i would close my webshop.
But Ahmed and his team were more then a year waiting for the adapted version of Koma Unwind without melatonin, and Brian promised heaven to them, but never delivered one can of the right product for the EU market.
So Ahmed and his team( and also this Dutch lady ) started with their own drink in the end, which is called Tranquini.
In meantime i stopped my webshop and sold my last inventory to a shareholder from Belgium.
A while later i asked Brian some explanation why things were going the wrong way and he wrote me that i had to f... off.
Not in those words, but he meant it in that sense.
So, after loosing so much from my own money and trying to help him out by connecting him to the right people, that was all he could say to me.
And then it stopped for me.
I want to make clear that i never pumped his company or shares. I was at that time a shareholder who wanted to help a bit with the connnections i have, so that in the end the company could get better and that was also good for the value of my shares.
Helping the company and also the other shareholders was my only intention, and this is a fact.
I never got paid for anything, in contrary i lost 20K of my own money and at the product itself that i sold in my webshop i didn't make any profit or loss.
So before you write these things about me, you should have gotten the guts to ask my side of the story first !
