The stock was up ~7% with 1.6M shares traded on 10/23/14. It opened at $2.99 and closed at $3.19. Which chart are you looking at?

The Brilacidin delay gives the shorts some time to play with the stock. But could be a good omen because it gives some time for the Prurisol results to come out, and find a partner, and get some cash in the bank.
