What I said was there are many other OTC tickers late, therefore there could have been a regulation change to cause this.

The conversation is to find out if anyone is aware of suspected change, that would account for so many being late.

There has been no change. Lots of companies have been on time. It's just more excuses for their inability to accomplish anything.
