They have said on a number of occasions they did have distribution deals. Just read the PRs and other BS used as "DD." Then there were the times that the new "marketing companies" had the deals/connections. It has all helped to sell over 7B shares and helped Toby receive millions in loans in less than 4 years while running an accumulated deficit from $44K to $14.9M in 45 months
