Big, I read an article a couple of years ago on how short handed the PTO is. They are so overwhelmed with the number of patents that they are just rubber stamping a majority of them.

President Stephen King even made a reference to the same. "light under the bushel basket" . Come on, why do you continue to make excuses for poor execution, possile holding back information, etc. instead of holding management accountable for their performance.
