We need a "thing" to launch. People are forgetting there isn't even an operational prototype yet. The device they're working on has NEVER tested a human breath sample with THC in it. People will argue they've tested "simulated" samples. I can tell you with my scientific background that there are many conflicting bio markers in HUMAN breath. They've just begun to open Pandora's box.
While I agree mfascuba, I think that if this device is just as accurate as a blood test (within 2 hours of smoking), then you could avoid blood tests all together. Huge cost savings.
