frog - I saw that too on my weekly 144 scan. I commented about this last week with the TBF filings - there are a lot of 144s registered but they don't seem to be hitting the street. I have no clue why since 144s are almost always sold immediately. Also, the estimated TBF proceeds were priced above the actual price at registration and above the current price.
