Good points! Both TALK and UMS business models are underwhelming, at best. At least that's how I see it.

Hard to comprehend all the euphoria surrounding two money losing operations... and a merger that is yet incomplete.... except perhaps from Lee's perspective. I think he sees it as a chance to use the toxic debt route to line his pockets.
