Here is my example: lets say you did drive coast to coast rolling joints in your lap on roads that weren't curve while driving and there were no accidents no injuries. but you made it from point a to point b with out injuring yourself or others. Now here is the impairment how many exits did you miss going coast to coast or how many street signs did you miss that you should have turned on? the impairment is you would never know whether you missed an exit or turn because at the end of the trip you were to stoned/impaired to realize if you did or did not?
